Proles
The phone can be set to behave in a number
ofproles.Eachissavedasaproleand
isdesignedtobeusedinaparticular
environment.Forinstance,ifyouareina
meetingyoumaywantyourphonetoalertyou
silentlywhenacallcomesin.
Toselectaprole:
1. Fromthemainmenu,selectProles.
Alistofprolesappears.
2. Highlightaprolefromthelist,thenpress
theenterkeytoactivate.
NOTE:Whenthephoneisinstandbymode,youmayalsohold
the #keytoenterProles.

ownneeds.
Topersonalizeaprole:
1. Fromthemainmenu,selectProles.
2. Highlightaproleyouwantto
personalize,thenselectOptions.
3. Usethenavigationkeystohighlight
Personalizefromthelistofoptions,then
press OK.
Alistofcustomizablefeaturesis
displayed,includingToneSetting,
Volume,RingMode,RingType,Connect
Notice, Misc Tones Switch, and Answer
Mode.
4. Selectafeaturetocustomizefromthelist
and press OK.
Thefeaturesubmenuisdisplayed.
Forexample,forRingMode,youcan
selectRingOnly,Vibrate,Vib.andRing,
Vib.thenRing,orSilent.
5. Highlightafeaturefromthesubmenuand
press OKtoconrmchanges.
6. Touseaprole,highlighttheprole
youwanttouse,thenselectOption >
Activate.
Foryourpersonalneeds,youcansetthephone
tobehaveinanotherproleforacertainperiod
oftime.Whenthetimesetexpires,thephone
automaticallyswitchesbacktoitsoriginal
prole.
Tosetatimedprole:
1. Fromthemainmenu,selectProles.
2. Highlightaproleyouwanttoapply,then
selectOptions.
3. Usethenavigationkeystohighlight
Timedfromthelistofoptions,thenpress
OK.
4. Setthetimetheselectedprolewilllast
using the keypad, then press OK.
