5 7 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM REASSEMBLY AND REMOUNTING Reassemble and remount the generator in the reverse order of disassembly and removal Pay attention to the following points Apply grease to the lip of the oil seal For U S A model 99000 25030 SUZUKI SUPER GREASE A For the other models 99000 25010 SUZUKI SUPER GREASE A CAUTION The removed oil seal and O rings should be replaced with new ones Install the bearings and rotor to use a hand press as shown W7EBefore housing reinstalling turn the the slip expander ring ring side and bearing align Ing with the center o chamfer face of bearing outer race to generator end the expander ring
