Assembly

STEP 3

1. Attach the Assistant Bracket (#7) to the Main Frame (#2) using:

one Φ60*Φ10.5*10 Aluminium Cap (#18) one M10*30 FHCS (#81)

2. Attach the Gas Spring (#60) to the Assistant Bracket (#7).

3. Attach the Gas Spring (#60) to the Main Frame (#2) using:

one Φ9*Φ16*1.6 Flat Washer (#85) one M8 Nylon Lock Nut (#90)

4. Attach two Rod Assembly (#22) to the Assistant Bracket (#7) using:

two Φ16*Φ12*10.5 Spacer (#16) two M12 Nylon Lock Nut (#88)

Note: Hand tighten Βolts and Nylon Lock nuts.
