3.Ensureairmotorsolenoidvalve(CN)ison.The
indicatorlightonthesolenoidconnectorwillonly
beonif“EnablePumpAutostart”isselectedon
theSystem1Setupscreen.
4.Adjusttheairmotorslidervalve(CM)totheopen
position.
5.Adjusttheairmotorairregulator(CK)to
approximately20psi(138kPa,1.38bar).
6.Placeawastecontainerunderthebleedstem
(Z).Usinganadjustablewrench,openthebleed
stemcounterclockwise1/3-1/2turn.
7.Ifanewpailwasinstalledandtheunitisequipped
withproximitysensors,pressthePumpReady
button.Presspausebuttononmaterialtracking.
8.Adjusttheairmotorairregulator(CK)upby5psi
(34kPa,0.3bar).Neveradjusttheregulatorby
morethan5psi(34kPa,0.3bar)increments.
Makesurethepumpbeginstocycleandheated
materialowsfromthebleedstem(Z)after
severalcyclesofthepump.
9.Primethepumpuntilitmovessmoothlyin
bothdirectionswithnoairpoppingorerratic
movementandclosethemainairslidervalve
(CA).
10.Closethebleedstem(Z).
11.PressPlaybuttononhomescreentoenable
materialtracking.
