6.Turnthemainpowerswitchoff.

electricalwiresfromheaterband(309a,309b).
9.Removethescrewthatholdstheheaterband
inplace.
10.Removetheheaterband(309a,309b)from
pump.
11.Coattheinsideoftheheaterwithnonsilicone
heatsinkcompoundbeforemounting.Maximum
thicknessis0.005in.Coatonlytowithin3/4in.
ofverticalends.
12.Installanewheaterband(309a,309b)inthe
samelocationastheoldheaterband:
a.Locateheaterterminalssotheylineupwith
backofpump.
b.Tightentheheaterband.
c.Re-connectheaterwiresandre-attach
ceramiccapsthatinsulateterminal.

conduitforreconnecting.
6.Replacethesensor(320)inclamp(321):
a.Placesensorapproximately30°counter
clock-wisefrompumpoutlet.
b.Tightenclamp(321).
7.Re-connectsensorwiretoelectricalenclosure.
