Preparation/operation
The appliance is suitable for preparing the
following quantities:
To process ice or frozen food, set the rotary
switch to position “M”.
Note: Before using the appliance and
accessories for the first time, clean thoroughly;
see “Cleaning and servicing”.

Attach the blender and rotate fully into
position in a clockwise direction!
Do not exceed 90° angle (Fig. 6).
Add ingredients.
Put lid on (Fig. 1):
Plastic jug: Put lid on and press down until
it engages.
Glass jug: Put lid on and lock by turning
it clockwise.
Insert the mains plug.
Switch on the appliance (Fig. 4):
MMB1... : Move the rotary switch to the
desired setting.
MMB2... : Extend the rotary switch: press
the switch and release. Move the switch
to the desired position.
Grip the edge of the lid while operating
the blender.
Do not grip the feed tube!
Adding more ingredients
Set the rotary switch to 0/off.
Remove lid.
If using a glass jug, turn lid anti-clockwise
and remove.
Add more ingredients.

Pour in more liquid through the funnel
in the lid.

Pull the funnel out of the lid. Add solid
ingredients through the filler tube in the lid.
Set the rotary switch to the desired setting.
After blending
Set the rotary switch to 0/off.
MMB2 … also retract the rotary switch:
press in the switch and release slowly.
Remove the blender by rotating it in an
anti-clockwise direction.
Take the lid off the blender jug.
Tip: It is recommended that the blender
is cleaned immediately after use, see
“Cleaning and servicing”.

Tip: Add a little water and a few drops of
washing-up liquid to the attached blender jug.
Select the “M” setting for several seconds.
Pour out the water and rinse the blender jug with
fresh water.
It is recommended to clean the blender
immediately after use.
Disassemble the blender: detach the
blender support from the blender jug by
rotating it in an anti-clockwise direction.
Follow the wording on the underside of the
blender support (Fig. 7).
