3.4 Adjust the desired temperature change with the adjustment screw D (gure 3). The change can be

either positive or negative and it aects direct the setting of the adjustment knob. Depending on the

control mode chosen by the adjustment screw E the temperature change aects the oor or room tem-

perature setting (gure 7). The temperature change is activated by an external control voltage. The blue

signal light C indicates that the temperature change is on. If the thermostat is used together with Ensto

ECO601 system adjust the adjustment screw D to “Smart” position. The blue signal light C indicates the

activation of the co-operation by blinking once. In that case the Ensto ECO601 controls the temperature

setting. The blue signal light C is on when the temperature change is connected. NOTE! In Smart position

the temperature change is not activated only by connecting the voltage, the thermostat must also be

connected to Ensto ECO601 system.

3.5 The adjustment range can be limited with the limiters of the adjustment knob (gure 8).

3.6 Mount the adjustment knob and switch on the heating with the switch A (gure 3). The signal light B

is green when the thermostat is functioning and it turns red when the load is connected. While measuring

the room temperature it takes several hours until the thermostat is adapted to the current conditions and

the accurate functioning begins.

3.7 Check the temperature setting after 24 hours and calibrate the adjustment knob to match the real

temperature if needed (gure 9). Remove the temperature adjustment knob and shaft without changing

the temperature setting. Pull the knob out from the teething of the shaft. Put the shaft to the original posi-

tion and set the adjustment knob to the teething so that the knob indicates the real room temperature.

Set the desired temperature with the adjustment knob.

3.8 When the thermostat is functioning normally, a faint click is heard when the load is switched on and

o.

3.9 Self diagnostics: when the oor sensor is used the thermostat recognizes if the sensor is missing or

cut o or if there is a short-circuit. The fault is indicated by blinking the red (B) and blue (C) signal lights

alternatively.
