Hardware Installation

Step 8:

AfterinstallingtheCPU,usetwongerstopush

down on the upper portion of the sides of the CPU

carrier frame to fasten the rail frame back to the

CPU socket.

Step 9:

Close the metal load plate. With one finger

pressing down on the load plate, begin tightening

Screw 1 slightly. Then do the same to Screw 2

and Screw 3. Next, fully tighten the three screws.

Make sure the motherboard is placed on a stable

surface during the tightening process.

Step 6:

Push the carrier frame into place and you will hear

a "click" sound when it is pushed to the bottom.

Warning！The CPU carrier frame cannot

be placed outside the rails.

Step 7:

Remove the CPU socket cap.

The status leds show whether the cpu memory graphics card and operating system are working properly after system power on if the cpu dram vga led is on that means the corresponding device is not working normally if the boot led is on that means you haven t entered the operating system yet 23

To meet expansion requirements it is recommended that a power supply that can withstand high power consumption be used 500w or greater if a power supply is used that does not provide the required power the result can lead to an unstable or unbootable system 26
With the use of the power connector the power supply can supply enough stable power to all the components onthemotherboard beforeconnectingthepowerconnector firstmakesurethepowersupplyisturned off and all devices are properly installed the power connector possesses a foolproof design connect the power supply cable to the power connector in the correct orientation 26

Select the proper hole for the m ssd to be installed and refasten the screw and standoff makesuretoremovetheprotectivefilmfromthebottomoftheheatsinkbeforereplacingthe 31
Step 1 get a screw and a standoff from the included m screw and standoff packs if you want to install the m ssd in the m2m connector use a screwdriver to unfasten two screws from the heatsink and remove the heatsink 31
Step 2 if you want to install the m ssd in the m2p or m2q connector use a screwdriver to unfasten the two screws from the heatsink as indicated in the picture above and then remove the heatsink 31
Step 3 locate the proper mounting hole for the m ssd to be installed andthentightenthestandofffirst insertthem ssdintothe m connector at an angle press the m ssd down and then secure it with the screw replace the heatsink and secure it to the original hole 31
