Presence of people and floor temperature can be
detected to provide comfort and energy savings
Thanks to the individual airflow direction control
function, airflow direction can be individually adjusted
for each air discharge outlet to prevent uncomfortable
drafts and to deliver optimal air distribution.
The sensor detects human presence and adjusts the
airflow direction automatically to prevent drafts.
The sensor detects the floor temperature and automatically
adjusts operation of the indoor unit to reduce the
temperature difference between the ceiling and the floor.

With the Auto airflow direction mode, flaps are
controlled to deliver optimal air distribution for both cooling
and heating operations when there are no people.
When a person is detected, drafts are prevented by
making the flap horizontal.
When a person is not detected for 5 minutes, the unit automatically returns to controlling the flaps for an unoccupied room.

To increase comfort, Auto airflow rate mode controls the airflow in accordance with
the difference between floor and ceiling temperatures.
