4. Usage
4.1 Preparation of compressed-air line
Connect the system to the compressed-air line. Provide the throughput capacity of the
compressed-air line in accordance with the performance of the compressor.
Warning!
All components of the compressed-air line must have a working pressure no less than the
nominal pressure of the condensat removal system.
4.2 Before use and on a daily basis
1. Open the condensate drain ball valves (8) and (18) and drain the condensate fully;
2. Close the ball valve;
3. Drain the condensate from the lter of the air-preparation unit (only for MEX-P models);
4. Check the oil level in the lubricator of the air-preparation unit (only for MEX-P models);
5. Close all ball valves on the distributing header (5);
6. Ensure the system’s power cable is intact (only for MEX-E models);
7. Ensure that the compressed air hoses are connected to the compressed-air inlet and
outlet.
