4. Close the condensate drain valve on the cyclone separator and the coalescer;

5. Close all ball valves on the distributing header;

4.5 After usage

Turn off the system and disconnect the power cable plug of the MEX-E system from the 380

V plug socket.

5. Maintenance

Before servicing, the compressed air hoses must be disconnected from the inlet and

distributing header and the 380 V power cable must be disconnected from the mains.

On a daily basis: Open the condensate drain valves on the cyclone separator and the

coalescer;

On a weekly basis: check the condensate discharge on the cyclone separator, visually

check how clean the lter of the air-production unit is, check the oil level in the lubricator

and add oil if necessary.

On a monthly basis: Depending on the air quality indoors, but before the beginning of the

summer season, the radiator should be cleaned with compressed air and the ns ushed

if necessary to remove dirty sediment.
