•
To remove the microfiber cloth (29), pull it in the direc-
tion of the arrow as shown in the figure (Fig. 6).
BEFORE USING THE ROBOT
Warnings: Please refer to the following instructions to check
the cleaning area!
•
Remove all kinds of power cords, power extension cords
and other similar items from the floor that may interfere
with the movement of the vacuum cleaner.
•
The vacuum cleaner is designed to work on a smooth
floor or on a carpet with a low pile (less than 1 cm). Do
not use the vacuum cleaner for cleaning floors and car-
pets with high pile.
•
Make sure that there are no tablecloths, curtains or
other furnishings hanging to the floor along the path of
motion of the vacuum cleaner.
•
Make sure that there are no reflective surfaces in the
room, for example, mirrors or glasses which height from
the floor is less than 8.5 cm. If there are any, close them
or paste them over, otherwise it will affect the clean-
ing process.
•
The free space under the pieces of furniture should be
at least 8 centimeters, otherwise the vacuum cleaner will
simply get stuck under the furniture.
•
If the distance from the floor to the furniture is less than
8 centimeters, it is necessary to lift the furniture or to
provide a barrier from the vacuum cleaner getting in
such places.
•
When cleaning on stairwells, it is necessary to provide an
additional barrier for the vacuum cleaner.
•
Arrange the pieces of furniture for free movement of the
vacuum cleaner, remove foreign objects from the floor.
•
Do not use the vacuum cleaner in the rooms with
unsteady furniture, especially if there are fragile interior
objects or burning candles placed on it.
•
Do not place or install foreign objects on the vacuum
cleaner body, also make sure that there are no pets on
the vacuum cleaner body.
•
Before using the vacuum cleaner, make sure that there
are no bottlenecks along the path of the vacuum cleaner.
USING THE ROBOT
BATTERY CHARGING
Manual charging (Fig. 7)
•
Insert the plug of the power supply connection cord (36)
into the charging socket (19) of the robot.
•
Plug the power supply unit (36) into an electrical outlet,
the robot will start charging, the voice alert will sound,
and the power button indicator (16) « » will start flash-
ing green and red.
•
When charging is finished, the button indicator (16) will
light up permanently.
•
Remove the plug of the power supply connection cord
(36) from the charging socket (19) of the robot.
Note: Charge the battery for the first time for more than
8 hours, while setting the power switch (20) to position (I).
Automatic (basic) charging
•
Install the charging station (32) according to the recom-
mendations above.
•
Insert the plug of the power supply connection cord (36)
into the socket (35) of the charging station.
•
Place the vacuum cleaner strictly in the center of the
charging station. If it is installed correctly, the voice alert
will sound and the power button indicator (16) will start
flashing green and red.
•
When charging is finished, the button indicator (16) will
light up permanently.
Note:
When installing the vacuum cleaner on the charging station
(32), pay attention to the position of the side brushes (2)
and (5). The brushes tassels should not interfere with the
charging contacts of the robot (3) and the contacts of the
charging station (34). If the tassels are located above the
charging contacts of the robot, turn the corresponding brush
(2) or (5) by the drive tang.
When the robot is installed on the charging station (32) or
when it is charged from the power supply unit (36), it is auto-
matically activated, even if the robot was previously turned
off by the power switch (20).
Returning to the charging station
The robot returns to the charging station on its own after
cleaning is completed or in case of battery discharge. You
can also forcibly end or suspend cleaning and send the
device to the charging station.
ROBOT CONTROL IN MANUAL MODE
Turning on/off the robot (Fig. 8)
(The robot is not installed on the charging station)
•
To turn on the robot, move the key (20) to position (I),
the voice alert will sound, and the indicator of the button
(16) « » will light up.
Note: If the robot is turned on and no button is pressed for
5 minutes, the robot will automatically switch to the sleep
mode, and the button indicator (16) will go out. In this case, to
return the robot to the active state, press the button (16) once.
•
To turn off the robot, move the key (20) to the (O) posi-
tion, and the indicator of the button (16) will go out.
Cleaning/Pause (Fig. 9)
•
Press the button (16) once, the voice alert will sound,
and the robot will start cleaning automatically.
•
During the cleaning process, press the button (16) once,
the voice alert will sound and the robot will suspend
cleaning (Pause).
•
Press the button (16) again, the robot will continue
cleaning.
Attention! If the accessory for wet floor cleaning (9) is
installed on the robot, then when the button (16) is pressed,
the wet cleaning mode will automatically start, and the voice
alert «Starting wet cleaning» will sound. Simultaneously
with wet cleaning, normal (dry) cleaning takes place. To
carry out normal (dry) cleaning, you must turn off the robot
and remove the accessory for wet floor cleaning (9), in this
case, when turned on, the voice alert «Starting cleaning»
will sound.
Return to the charging station
•
When the robot’s battery is discharged, the vacuum
cleaner will notify about it by voice message, after which
it will automatically return to the charging station.
•
To forcibly return to the charging station, press the but-
ton (40) « » of the remote control, the correspond-
ing voice alert will sound and the robot will return to the
charging station.
Note: if you only need to clean one room, close the door
and the robot will clean the room. If there is no charging
station in the room, it will return to the starting point after
cleaning is finished.
ROBOT CONTROL BY REMOTE CONTROL (RC)
The remote control RC is used to control the robot.
When you press any button of the remote control, the control
signal transmission indicator (38) lights up.
•
To control the robot, point the remote control at the
device.
