When the grill heats up, you will hear 3 sound signals and
the text “ADD PRODUCT” will light up on the display (12).
Take the handle (1) and open the grill.
Put the products on the lower plate of the grill and lower
the upper plate. Avoid getting burns by splashing liq-
uids or fat.
To start cooking, press the knob (9) button, you will hear
a sound signal.
After the cooking program is finished, you will hear 3 short
sound signals and the grill will switch to the standby mode.
ATTENTION! During the operation the frying plates and the
grill body heat up strongly; do not touch hot surfaces to avoid
burns. Do not touch the unit body with bare hands.
After the products are ready, lift the upper frying plate by
the handle (1) until bumping.
Put the prepared products into an appropriate dish; use
wooden or heat-resistant plastic kitchen tools to remove
the products.
Notes:
The upper frying plate is designed in such way that it can
be adjusted according to the thickness of the food (e.g.
panini or hamburgers).
When cooking several dishes at the same time, make
sure that the food is of the same thickness so that the
upper frying plate is pressed evenly.
To stop cooking at any stage, press the button on the
knob (9).
Switch the grill off by pressing the button (8). Unplug
the unit.
Wait until the grill cools down completely and clean it.
Using the meat thermometer
Use the meat thermometer for accurate temperature mea-
suring inside the cooked products.
Notes:
use the meat thermometer only in steak cooking modes.
connect the meat thermometer before selecting the
cooking mode.
Connect the meat thermometer to the socket (16), the
display will show the measured temperature.
Carefully insert the thermometer into the meat, selecting
the thickest part and pointing the thermometer towards
the center of the piece of meat.
The thermometer handle must stay beyond the frying
plates.
Correspondence of the temperature in the middle of the
product to different degrees of roasting (depending on
the type of meat) is given in the table in the “OPERATING
MODES” section:
Using the grill as an open cooking unit
In this mode, the upper and lower frying plates are in the
same horizontal plane and create an increased surface
for frying.
To open the grill to 180°, grab the handle (1) and open the
upper frying plate to 90°.
Hold the upper frying plate by the handle, move the lock
(3) and open the grill to 180° (pic. 3).
Install the removable plates as described above.
Depending on the type of products you’re cooking, you
can install the plates in various combinations (pic. 3, 4, 5).
Plug the unit in, the power indicator in the button (8) will
flash and you will hear a short sound signal.
Press the button (8) to switch the grill on, the display (12)
will light up and the power indicator will glow constantly.
Turn the switch knob (9) and select the desired cook-
ing mode.
Press the knob (9) button to confirm.
The text “HEATING” will start flashing on the display and
the plates will start heating up to the set temperature.
When the grill heats up, you will hear 3 sound signals and
the text “ADD PRODUCT” will light up on the display (12).
Carefully put the products on the removable plates.
After the products are cooked, put them into a suitable
container using wooden or heat-resistant plastic kitchen
tools.
Switch the grill off pressing the button (8) and unplug it.
Before cleaning the unit please wait until it cools down
completely.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the grill after every use.
Open the frying plates fully and let the grill cool down to
room temperature.
Remove the removable plates (10 and 11) by pressing the
buttons (2 and 6).
Remove the tray (5).
Remove the remaining products from the removable
plates (10 and 11), wash the plates (10 and 11) with warm
water and a neutral detergent, then dry thoroughly.
Notes: removable plates are dishwasher-safe.
Wash the tray (5) with warm water and a neutral detergent
and then dry it thoroughly.
After cooking fish brush the frying plates with lemon juice
to remove the fishy flavor.
Clean the grill body with a soft, slightly damp cloth and
then wipe it dry.
Install the removable plates (10 and 11) and the tray (5)
back to their places.
