Do not use abrasives, solvents or metal sponges for
cleaning the removable plates (10 and 11) and the grill
body, as they can damage the non-stick coating or the
outer surface of the grill body.
–
Never immerse the grill, power cord and cord plug into
water!
Attention! To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the unit
into water or any other liquids.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Malfunction Possible cause Solution methods
One of the frying plates
doesn’t heat up
Removable plate is not installed properly Unplug the unit.
Install the removable plate until clicking and switch
the unit on again
Electrical wiring of the unit is malfunctioning Contact the service center
Electrical control unit is malfunctioning Contact the service center
Heating element is malfunctioning Contact the service center
The unit does
not switch on
The power plug is not completely inserted
into the socket
Insert the power plug into the mains socket
completely
Mains socket is malfunctioning Connect the unit to another socket
RCD actuated Unplug the unit. Eliminate the possible cause of
the RCD actuation.
If the problem remains, apply to the service center
The display doesn’t show
the temperature readings
when you connect the
meat thermometer
The meat thermometer is malfunctioning Replace the thermometer with a good one
Electrical control unit is malfunctioning Contact the service center

STORAGE
•
Clean the grill before taking it away for storage.
•
Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of children
and disabled persons.
•
You can store the unit in vertical position to save space. To
do this, set the lock (4) to the vertical position thus locking
the grill in closed position.
TRANSPORTATION
•
Electrical appliances are transported by all means of
transport in accordance with the cargo transportation
rules applicable for a particular type of transport. Use the
original package for transportation.
•
Before placing the grill in the packaging for transporta-
tion, it is necessary to switch the lock (4) into a vertical
position in order to prevent accidental opening of the fry-
ing plates during transportation. Transportation of the unit
should exclude the possibility of direct exposure to pre-
cipitation and aggressive environments.
