FRONT AND REAR BRAKE CHAS Caliper piston removal steps Using a rag lock the right side piston Blow compressed air into the hose joint ope ing to force out the left side piston from caliper body Remove the piston seals and reinstall piston Repeat previous step to force out the ri side piston from the caliper body Do not loosen the bolts T MASTER CYLINDER DISASSEMBLY NOTE ________________________________ Before disassembling the front or rear b master cylinders drain the brake system o brake fluid Front Brake 1 Remove Brake switch J Brake lever 2 2 Remove Union bolt Ï Copper washers 7 35
