Y P V S CABLE ADJUSTMENT 4 Check Alignment mark J Not aligned Adjust the Y P V S cables 5 Adjust Y P V S cables Adjustment steps Loosen both locknuts T and turn in both justers 2 Insert a pin 3 c 4 mm 00 16 in thro t ie aligning indent in the pulley and into the Turn both adjusters counterclockwise so the cable free play becomes Zero mm Z in with fingers Turn both adjusters 1 4 turn clockwise Tighten the locknuts Locknuts 8 Nm 0 8 m kg 5 8 ftdb Remove the pin Turn on the main switch and check that alignment mark is aligned If not repeat the above steps 6 Install Pulley cover Power valve N 3 15 Bolts Pulley Cover 7 Nm 0 7 m kg 5 1 ftdb
