POWER SUPPLY INDICATOR (RED)
If the indicator is lit, it means that the oven is not faulty and is switched on.
OVEN IGNITION INDICATOR (AMBER)
When this indicator is switched on, it means that the oven is in the preliminary
heating phase.
When it is switched o , it means that the oven has reached the set temperature.
When the indicator is switching on and o periodically, it means that the oven
temperature is being maintained at a planned level.
USING THE CERAMIC GLASS BURNER PLATE
The power of the electrical heating surfaces is regulated by a device that sets an
exact cooking temperature. Di erent levels of heat are identi ed from 1 to 6. The
control knob can be set to the desirable level by turning it to the right or to the left.
Heating surfaces with double contours are controlled by a knob that turns only
clockwise. The heat intensity from 1 to 6 is relevant only for the central parts of
heating surfaces. Other areas of the heating surfaces switch on after a click, which
can be heard after the knob in its turn passes the last notch.
While one of the electrical heating surfaces remains hot, the lamp on the burner plate
(Remaining Heat Indicator,  g. 1) will be lit. It will switch o when the temperature of
all cooking surfaces goes below 60°C.
Four cooking areas are shown with marks on their surfaces. To achieve maximum
performance from the ceramic heating surface, as well as balanced energy
consumption, use saucepans and kitchenware with a thick and a completely  at
base. The diameter of the saucepan base should not be smaller than the diameter

of the heating area. If the base does not cover the heating area, electricity is being
wasted. Ideally, the base should be a little bigger that the heating area.
Figure 3
Cooking vessels’ bases and the work surface should be clean and dry. Failing to
comply with this recommendation will lead to the waste of heat and, therefore,
electricity.
NOTES
Under no circumstances should you cook meals directly on the electrical
heating areas.
To reduce cooking time on the heating surface, you can start cooking at the
maximum temperature, level 6, and then move the knob to the optimum
position for cooking.
All electrical heating surfaces are supplied with a temperature limiter,
protecting them from overheating even when they are in use without
containers or when containers with uneven bases are used. Please see
below a guide to cooking times.
