Using the mini-chopper
The mini-chopper is used to chop meat, onion, herbs,
garlic, vegetables and fruits.
Attention!
• Do not chop very hard products, such as nut-
megs, coffee beans and cereals.
Before you start chopping:
• Remove bones, sinews and cartilage from meat.
• Cut meat, onion, garlic, carrots etc. into approxi-
mately equal slices.
• When chopping greens, remove stems of herbs.
Chopping
WARNING:
- Before assembling the chopper make sure that
the power plug is not inserted into the socket.
CAUTION:
- The chopping knife (9) is very sharp! Always hold
the chopping knife (9) only by the upper plastic
end.
• Set the chopping knife (9) on the axis of chopper
bowl (8).
• Put the food into the chopper bowl (8).
• Place the geared lid (10) on the bowl (8) and rotate
the geared lid (10) until locking.
• Attach the motor unit (2) to the geared lid (10),
matching the mark on the motor unit (2) with the
mark on the geared lid (10) and turn it clockwise
till bumping. The mark should match the mark
on the geared lid (10) in fixed position.
• Set the required operation speed using the control
knob (5).
• To switch the blender on, press and hold the but-
ton (4).
• When the button (3) is pressed, the unit operates at
maximal rotation speed.
• During operation hold the motor unit (2) with one
hand and the chopper bowl (8) with the other hand.
• After you finish using the chopper, detach the motor
unit (2) from the geared lid (10) by turning it coun-
terclockwise so the mark on the motor unit is
opposite the mark .
• Remove the geared lid (10) rotating it clockwise.
• Carefully remove the chopping knife (9) taking it by
the upper plastic end.
• Take the chopped products out of the chopper
bowl (8).
Attention! Follow the described sequence of
operations strictly.
Cleaning
Attention! The blades of the chopping knife (9) are
very sharp and dangerous. Handle the chopping
knife (9) very carefully!
• Unplug the unit before cleaning.
• Remove the attachments.
• Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor unit (2)
and the gears (6, 8), then wipe them dry.
• After processing of salty or sour products it is
necessary to rinse the chopping knife (9) and the
removable blender attachment (1) with water right
after the use.
• While processing products with strong dyeing prop-
erties (for instance carrot or beet-root) the bowls or
attachments can get colored, wipe the attachments
or bowls with a cloth, dampened in vegetable oil.
• Wash the attachments (1, 7), the chopper bowl (8)
and the measuring cup (11) in warm soapy water,
rinse and dry them.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (2) AND THE
GEARS (6, 8) INTO ANY LIQUIDS; DO NOT WASH
THEM UNDER WATER JET OR IN A dishwashing
machine.
Storage
• Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before taking it
away for long storage.
• Do not wind the power cord around the motor unit.
• Keep the blender set away from children in a dry
cool place.
