Spice to taste
Salt 1/4 tea spoon
Flour 1S table spoon
• Mince lamb once or twice.
• Fry onion in oil till it gets gold color, and then
add minced lamb, spice, salt and flour.

Flour 150-200 g
Spice to taste
Nutmeg 1 pc
Ground chilly pepper to taste
Pepper to taste
• Mince the meat thrice, mince nutmeg, and
mix the components.
• More meat and less flour in a casing provide
better consistency and taste of the prepared
dish.
• Fill the rolls, clamp at edges, and shape as
you wish.
• Fry the rolls deep.
Meat mincer care
• After finishing operation, switch the meat
mincer off by setting the switch (6) to the «0»
position, and unplug the unit.
• Press the locking button (4), turn the mincer
head clockwise and remove it.
• Unscrew the nut (13) and remove the installed
attachments (14, 15 or 16), the grates (10, 11
or 12), the blade (9) from the screw (8).
• Remove the screw (8) from the meat mincer
head (3).
• Remove remains of the products from the
screw.
• Wash all the parts of the meat mincer with
warm soapy water and a neutral detergent,
then rinse and dry thoroughly before assem-
bling.
• You can wash the removable parts (2, 3, 8, 9,
10, 11, 12, 13) in the dish washing machine.
• Wipe the meat mincer body (5) with a slightly
damp cloth and then wipe dry.
• Do not use solvents or abrasives to clean the
meat mincer body (5).
• Provide that no liquids get inside the meat
mincer body.
• Before taking the dried accessories away for
storage, oil the grates (10, 11, 12) and the
blade (9) with vegetable oil - this will protect
them from oxidation.
