When you operate a key on the Touch Panel, press it only lightly. Actually, it’s just to "touch" the
key with your finger, and not to "press," as the name indicates. Theres no need of your touching it
hard.

Be sure to use your finger to touch lightly the
Touch Panel. NEVER press it hard or hit it, as a
damaged panel could result. Be aware also that
using a hard or pointed object can damage it.
You must have heard a beep and, at the
same time, the screen changed. In this
case, the new screen allows you to
select the copy paper size. (It’s also
possible to disable the beep.
