WELDING PARAMETER CONTROL
PANEL
8. Selection button (red LED on) for the re-
gulation of the current from the front panel
or from the remote control
Note: With the system in H2O congura-
tion, keep this button pressed for 5 se-
conds: the LED will start ashing and the
display (pos. 3) will show the message
“H2O” for a few seconds. To return to the
air version of the system conguration (no
cooling unit and H2O torch), keep button
8 pressed for 5 seconds. The red LED
that was ashing will now remain on.
9. Selection button (red LED on) for the vi-
sualization of welding voltage or current
on the appliance
10. Power voltage present (green LED on)
11. Thermal protection intervention (yellow
LED on)
Note: With the system in H2O congura-
tion, the yellow LED will start ashing to
warn of insufcient cooling uid pressure/
ow and the welding process will be in-
terrupted.
WARNING: When the yellow LED is on,
do not cut off power from the current
generator, as this would interrupt ven-
tilation to the overheated parts. When
the LED goes off, the welding process
may continue.
12. Indicates the absence of voltage between
the output (+) and (-) clamps of the live
generator (green LED, pos. 10, on). The
red LED will light up:
* when the electrode welding (MMA) with
active VRD function (ON) is completed;
* when the TIG arc-off welding is com-
pleted and the torch button is released
(OFF);
* due to the intervention of internal protec-
tions of the generator or for other defects.

14. Selection button (red LED on) for TIG or
MMA welding procedure.
15. Selection button for 2T or 4T torch (red
LED on); press the button again and the
red LED will start ashing and will switch
to 2T or 4T pulsed mode (depending on
the selection made before).

for the VRD function in MMA (when acti-
ve, 2 seconds after the electric arc goes
off the empty voltage of the generator
drops to 12 Vcc).

- Tecnologia inverter questi generatori di corrente ad inverter sono stati progettati per lavorare con tensioni di ali mentazione instabili l utilizzo di componenti di potenza e di condensatori elettrolitici con tensione maggiore e un particolare circuito di controllo garantiscono un elevata stabilità della corrente di saldatura anche in caso di variazioni della tensione di rete questi inver ter permettono la saldatura con elettrodi rive stiti mma e tramite partenza a striscio con elettrodi infusibili tig alcuni sono dotati di hf grazie alle tecnologie con cui sono costi tuiti i generatori rendono l utilizzo delle due funzioni mma tig particolarmente semplice sin dall inizio questi generatori ad inverter sono composti da una scheda di controllo di potenza da un trasformatore switching e da una impedenza nella scheda ci sono diverse funzioni elettroniche che migliorano l innesco dell arco e l azione dinamica della saldatura in modo da ottenere una saldatura perfetta con ogni tipo di elett 10
- Tutte sono selezionabili e regolabili dal pan nello di controllo montato sul frontale dei ge neratori per migliorare le prestazioni operati ve in saldatura fanno eccezione la funzione fan on demand che autoregola in auto matico la ventilazione in funzione del valore della temperatura interna del generatore 10
