- 25 - System Hardware Installation

3-2 Removing and Installing the Air Duct

Follow these instructions to remove and install the air duct:

1. Lift up to remove the air duct.

2. To install the air duct, align the rear edge of air duct with the GPU module brackets ensuring that

the arrows on the air duct face the rear of the system as shown in the image below, and then push

down the air duct into chassis until it rmly seats.

Before you remove the top rear cover:

• Make sure the system is not turned on or connected to AC power.

Read the following guidelines before you begin to install the memory make sure that the motherboard supports the memory it is recommended that memory of the same capacity brand speed and chips be used always turn off the system and unplug the power cord from the power outlet before installing the memory to prevent hardware damage memory modules have a foolproof design a memory module can be installed in only one direction if you are unable to insert the memory switch the direction 34
