Ubiquiti Networks, Inc.
• Announce Count Available when AirSelect is enabled.
Announce Count is the number of times between
hopstheAccessPointwillannouncethenexthop
information(frequency,etc)toclients.Forinstance,if
the Hop Interval is set to 10000ms, and AnnounceCount
is set to 10, every 1000ms the Access Point will send
anannouncementtotheclientswithupcominghop
information. The larger the time period between
Announce Count and Hop Interval, the higher risk
oftimingdrift(hopsnotbeingsynchronized),soitis
recommended to keep the Hop Interval set to every
100ms(orAnnounce Count to 1/100th of Hop Interval).
