■ Course and speed vector
The vector indicates the target’s predicted, true or rel-
ative course and speed.
•Vector time may change depending on the TRAIL TIME
setting. (see FUNCTION menu, p. 7)
•The tip of the vector shows the target’s predicted position
after a certain time, which has been selected in the “TRAIL
TIME”.

■ Plotting marks
There are 5 kinds of plotting marks.
: Selected, uncalculated mark
: Selected, calculated mark.
: Normal, uncalculated mark
: Normal, calculated mark.
: CPA/TCPA alarm mark. The target is
close to within a minimum range and
time.
: Alarm emit indicator. Push [EPA] to can-
cel the alarm.
■ Clear the target
You can clear the unnecessary target vector.
q Push [EPA] to display the EPA information screen.
w Push [ ]/[ ] to select the desired target number.
e Push [ ] to select “CLR” to clear the current mark.
•Push [ ] twice to select “ALL CLR” to clear all marks.
r Push and hold [EPA] for 0.5 sec. to exit the EPA
menu.
NOTE:Automatically applied ‘target identity numbers’
cannot be re-used until the maximum number
of plotted targets has been used first.
