• Beforegrindingmeatmakesurethatallbones
andexcessfatareremoved.
• Usethepusherprovided.Donotpushthefood
withotherobjectsoryourfingers.
• Do not immerse the meat grinder body into
waterorotherliquids.
• When using «Kebbe» attachments (14, 15)
and sausage attachment (16) do not install
grates(10,11,12)andtheblade(9).
• Donottrytoprocessfoodwithhardfiber(for
example, ginger or horseradish) in the meat
grinder.
• In order to avoid obstructions do not apply
excessiveforcewhilepushingthemeat.
• If any hard piece of food stops the feeder
screworcuttingbladerotation,switchtheunit
off immediately and use the reverse rotation
mode (REVERSE)to remove the obstruction
beforestartingprocessingagain.
BEFORE USING THE MEAT GRINDER
After the unit transportation or storage at low
temperature it is necessary to keep it for at least two
hours at room temperature before switching on.
• Unpack the meat grinder and remove all
packagematerials,wipetheunit body with a
dampcloth.
• Wash all removable parts with warm water
and a neutral detergent, then rinse and dry
thoroughlybeforeassembling.
USING THE MEAT GRINDER
• Themeatgrinderisintendedonlyforhousehold
grindingofbonelessmeat.
• Before using the unit for the first time, make
surethatvoltageinyourmainscorrespondsto
unitoperatingvoltage.
• Assemble the unit and place it on a flat dry
surface.
• Make sure that ventilation openings on the
bodyarenotblocked.
• Insertthepowerplugintothemainssocket.
• Placeasuitablebowlunderthemeatgrinder
head(3).
• Make sure that the meat is fully defrosted,
remove excess fat and bones, and cut the
meatintocubesorstripsfittingtheopeningof
thefoodtray(2).
Switch the unit on, setting the switch (6) to
the “ON” position, the switch (7) should be in
the position «».
Feed the meat pieces into the mouth of the
grinder head (3) slowly using the pusher (1).
When operating, use the pusher (1), supplied
with the unit.
Do not use any other objects to push the
meat; never push the meat with your fingers.
Do not apply excessive effort while pushing
the meat or other foods.
Obstructions can appear during meat
grinding, use the reverse rotation mode
(REVERSE) to remove the obstruction. To
select the REVERSE mode, switch the unit off,
setting the switch (6) to the “0” position, then
set the switch (7) to the «s» position, press
and hold the switch (6) in the position «R».
• Do not run the appliance for more than 5
minutescontinuously.
• After5minutesofcontinuoususe,switchthe
unitoffandallowittocooldownduring15-20
minutesbeforefurtheroperation.
• Afteryoufinishoperatingthe unit, switch the
meatgrinderoff,settingtheswitch(6)to the
position«0»andunplugtheunit;onlyafterthat
youcandisassembleit.
MEAT GRINDING
1. Insertthescrew(8)intothemeatgrinderhead
body(3),setthecrossedblade(9),selectthe
requiredgrate(10,11,12)andsetitabovethe
blade, matching the projections on the grate
with the grooves on the meat grinder head
body (3), tighten the nut (13) applying little
force,thentightenthenut(13)completelyafter
installingthemeatgrinderhead.
Attention!
- If the blade is mounted improperly (facing
the cutting side to the screw), it will not grind
the products.
- When assembling the meat grinder head,
do not tighten the nut (13) strongly; tighten
the nut (13) completely only after setting
of the assembled meat grinder head on the
meat grinder.
- Coarse (10) and medium (11) grates suit
for processing of both raw meat, fish and
cooked products, as well as vegetables,
dried fruits, cheese, etc.
2. Install the assembled meat grinder head (3)
androtateitcounterclockwiseuntillocking.
3. Tightenthenut(13)completely.
