Chassis ID This is the identifier for the remote system.

This tells what type of identifier is listed in the Chassis ID field (for example, MAC address).
Port ID This identifies the port on the remote device.

This is the remote port’s description included in LLDP frames sent out through the remote

Name
This is the remote device’s system name.

Capability
This is the remote devices system capabilities.
Port VLAN ID This is the VLAN ID of the port on the remote device.
Protocol
VLAN
This shows whether or not the remote port supports protocol VLAN.
VLAN Name This is the VLAN name of the port on the remote device.
Protocol ID This is the protocol the port on the remote device is using.
Auto
Negotiation
This shows whether or not the remote port supports auto negotiation.
AN
Advertised
Capability
This shows the remote port’s advertised port speed and auto negotiation capabilities such as
1000BASE-T half duplex mode.
Operational
MAU Type
This shows the remote port’s operational Medium Attachment Units (MAU) type such as
100BASE-TX full duplex mode. A MAU performs physical layer functions including injecting bits
into the network, converting digital data from the Ethernet interface, and collision detection.
Power Port
Class
This shows the remote port’s PoE device type: PSE is power sourcing equipment, PD is a
powered device.
Power MDI This shows whether or not the remote port advertises power via MDI (Media Dependent
Interface) TLVs.
Power Pair
Controllable
This shows whether or not PSE-PD power pair control is supported on the port.
Power Pairs This shows the remote port’s supported power pair control type, which can be Signal (meaning
PoE via signal lines) or Spare (meaning PoE via spare lines).
Power Class If the remote port is a powered device, this shows its advertised power classification from
Class 0 - 4.
Dot3 Link
Aggregation
This shows whether the remote port supports link aggregation.
Dot3 Max
Frame Size
This shows the advertised maximum frame size that the remote port supports.
Management
Address
This is the remote port’s system management IP address.
Subtype This tells what type of identifier is listed in the
Management Address field (for example, MAC
address).
IF ID This identifies the connected interface on the remote device.
IF Subtype This tells what type of identifier is listed in the IF ID field.
OID The remote port’s Object Identifier.
