VES-1624FT-55A User’s Guide

Control Select AUTO to authenticate all subscribers before they can access the network
through this port.
Select FORCE AUTHORIZED to allow all connected users to access the
network through this port without authentication.
Select FORCE UNAUTHORIZED to deny all subscribers access to the network
through this port.
Reauthentication Specify whether a subscriber has to periodically re-enter his or her username
and password to stay connected to the port (On) or not (Off).

Specify how often (in seconds) a client has to re-enter his or her username and
password to stay connected to the port.
Apply Click Apply to save your changes to the IP DSLAM’s volatile memory. The IP
DSLAM loses these changes if it is turned off or loses power, so use the Config
Save link on the navigation panel to save your changes to the non-volatile
memory when you are done configuring.
Cancel Click Cancel to begin configuring this screen afresh.
