Press Recipe button 6,
[ACC] appears on display 7. Turn the knob
8 to the left until you see [SPC] and press
control 8 to confirm.
Turn the knob 8 until you see [CALOUT] on
displays 7 and 9 and press button 15.
The program ends when you see [End] on
display 9. Press button 6 to exit the [CALOUT]
program.
ATTENTION: Make sure the Limescale removal
connector is firmly attached and that there is
sufficient Limescale removal liquid in the can.
USE ONLY THE “CALFREE” LIMESCALE
REMOVAL PRODUCT SUPPLIED BY THE
PRODUCER.
Foreword
The oven can count the number of hours the
steam generator is in operation and therefore
warn the operator when he needs to start
the special CALOUT cycle for cleaning and
removing limescale in the steam generator.
When the CALOUT cycle needs to be
executed, the message [CAL Out] appears on
displays 7 and 9uponstart-upandshutdown
of the oven to remind you to run the special
[CAL Out] cycle for cleaning and removing
limescale in the steam generator.
The message [CAL Out] is also displayed at
the start and end of each cooking process.
Press a control to eliminate the message.
The message [CAL Out] does not stop the
oven definitively so service can be continued;
youareadvisedhowevertore-startthe [CAL
Out] program fairly soon (for example, by the
end of the day or early the next).
If you do not run the CALOUT cycle soon
enough, the message [CAL out] appears
during use of the steamer, in alternation
with the cooking values.
You are therefore advised to run the
CALOUT cycle to clean and remove
limescale in the boiler as soon as possible.
ATTENTION: If CALOUT is not performed
within the allowed timeframe, [ONL CON]
(Only Convection) will appear indicating
that the oven can only be used in
Convection mode.
Perform CALOUT to reset full oven
functionality.
