Port alarm configuration command includes:

 Enable/disable port alarm globally

 Enable/disable port alarm on the port

 Configure the exceed threshold and normal threshold of port alarm

 Display port alarm

2.6.3 Enable/disable port alarm globally

Please configure it in global configuration mode:

 Enable port alarm globally

alarm all-packets

 Disable port alarm globally

no alarm all-packets

By default, alarm all-packets enable.

For example:

! Enable global alarm all-packets

QTECH(config)#alarm all-packets

2.6.4 Enable/disable port alarm on the port

Please configure it in interface configuration mode:

 Enable port alarm on the port

alarm all-packets

 Disable port alarm on the port

no alarm all-packets

For example:

!Enable alarm all-packets of Ethernet 0/0/8

QTECH(config-if-ethernet-0/0/8)# alarm all-packets
