3.2 Error Alerts

In the event of a problem that prevents normal functioning of the printer, you will see an error message on LED

indicators and hear some beep signals. Please refer to below table for the error alerts.

Error Light

Colour

• Red

• Orange

Media Error

Unable to detect the paper.

Run the auto-detection function

again.

The ribbon or labels are finished. Replace the ribbon or label roll.

Paper jam.

Possible reasons:

The paper feed roller is blocked.

No gap or black mark could be

load a ribbon.

Memory Error

The memory is full. The printer also

prints the message “Memory full”.

Delete data you no longer need from

the printer memory.

File name already exists. The printer

also prints the message “Filename is
