Replacing air lter
5.5 Changing air-oil separator

The air lter (1) is attached to the com-
pressor’s intake valve. In order to replace
it, open the front side panel, loosen the
clamp securing the lter. Remove the con-
taminated lter, and detach the clamp
from it. Set the new lter in its place and t
into place with the clamp.

The separating component (1) is located
within the separator tank. Open the front
panel in order to change it. Unscrew the
bolts (2) and carefully remove the top
cap of the tank. Disconnect hoses if
they make it difcult to remove the cap.
Remove the spent separator and install
a new one in its place. Refasten the tank
cap
