- Before using the usb device with the tv set we recommend that you back up the stored data to prevent 31

- Note before using and connecting the usb device to the tv set make sure that the usb device is suitable to use for pvr recording 31
- Note the bigger the usb disk the longer formatting time the formatting process may take several minutes this is normal wait until the end of the formatting 31
- Note we recommend to use a disk with transfer speed more than 4500 kb s 31

External devices connection ANTENNA CONNECTION The antenna resistor input in this device is 75 ohm The antenna jack may be connected directly to the coaxial cable VHF UHF with 75 ohm If the antenna has a flat parallel power cable with 300 ohm impedance you have to use a converter 300 ohm 75 ohm to connect it to the antenna jack Details See the following picture Flat antenna cable with impedance 300 Cl Antennas with round cable with impedance 75 Cl Use converter 75 ohm 300 ohm Coaxial cable with impedance 75 ohm Antenna cable Antenna connector CONNECTING A VCR The following instructions are based on the assumption that you have already connected the tv set to the antenna or to the cable system If you did not do so omit step 1 To replay a VCR tape follow the instructions in the part VCR replay or Video camera replay Every VCR has a different arrangement of the rear panel The colour of the connector has to match the colour of the cable when connecting the VCR We recommend the use of cables with ferrite core 1 Disconnect the cable or the antenna from the rear panel of the TV set 2 Connect the cable or the antenna into the ANT IN jack at the rear of the VCR 3 Connect the RF cable between ANT OUT on the VCR and the ANT IN jack on the TV set 4 Connect the cable SCART between SCART OUT on the VCR and the jack SCART I AV on the TV set Insert the green yellow and white red end of SCART cable AVto YPbPr socket and CVBS CON and L R sockets of the TV set 14
