About This Manual
This manual is provided to help you get the most out of your RCM KVM over
IP Switch. It covers all aspects of the device, including installation,
configuration, and operation.
The KVM over IP Switch models covered in this user manuals include:
An overview of the information found in the manual is provided below.
Chapter 1, Introduction, introduces you to the RCM KVM over IP Switch.
Its purpose, features and benefits are presented, and its front and back panel
components are described.
Chapter 2, Hardware Setup, provides step-by-step instructions for setting
up the RCM KVM over IP Switch.
Chapter 3, API Functions, provides useful API functions for users to
access and configure the RCM KVM over IP Switch via Windows DLL as
required by varying scenarios and/or applications.
Chapter 4, Browser Login, explains how to log into the RCM KVM over
IP Switch from a web browser.
Chapter 5, Configuration, explains the administrative procedures that are
employed to configure the RCM KVM over IP Switch’s working environment.
Chapter 6, Accessing Remote Server, describes how to access the RCM
KVM over IP Switch remotely.
