•
Do not use the keep warm mode to heat up
cold products.
Attention!
•
Never leave the operating unit unattended.
•
To avoid burns be very careful when open-
ing the lid (4), do not bend over the steam
valve lid (7) during multicooker operation
and do not place open parts of your body
above the bowl (9)!
•
During the first operation of the multicook-
er some foreign smell from the heating
element can appear. It is normal.
•
Watch the food during cooking, if neces-
sary, stir the products with the plastic
spatula (22) or soup ladle (23). Do not use
metal objects that can scratch the ceramic
coating of the bowl (9).
RECOMMENDATIONS
You can use «Yogurt» and «Multicook» programs
for dough rest.
Dough rest is a stage of dough making which
takes place right before baking. During the rest the
dough ferments intensively, restores its structure
and grows in size significantly. One of the main
conditions of successful process is no draughts
and maintenance of constant temperature (about
+40 °С), which is maintained in the «Yogurt» and
«Multicook» programs.
Recipe of the dough:
400 g of flour
350 ml milk (can be mixed with water)
Salt
Sugar
1,5 teaspoon of yeast powder
1,5 tablespoon of butter

Mix all dry ingredients then add milk. Knead
thoroughly and put it into the bowl (9).
•
Pressing the button (15) «MENU» consequently,
select the «Yogurt» or «Multicook» mode. For the
program Multicook set the temperature about
40-45°C (see the chapter «Button (20) «t°»).
•
Set the cooking duration 1 hour (see chapter
«Using of the multicooker»).
•
Press the button (21) «START».
Note: For the best result do not open the multi-
cooker lid (4) till the program is finished.
CLEANING AND CARE
•
Unplug the unit and let it cool down.
•
Clean the unit body (1) and lid (4) with a slight-
ly damp cloth, and then wipe dry.
•
Wash all removable parts with a soft sponge
and neutral detergent, then rinse under run-
ning water.
•
Dry the steam valve (7) and the protection
screen (13) thoroughly before installing them
back to their places.
•
Do not place the bowl (9) in the dishwashing
machine.
•
Wipe the surface of the heating element (only
when it is cold), never let water get inside the
unit body.
•
Do not immerse the unit, the power cord and
power plug into water or other liquids.
•
Do not use abrasive and aggressive deter-
gents for washing of the unit and accessories.

Unplug the unit and clean it.
•
Keep the unit away from children in a dry cool
place.
