5). Installation of upper door

a. Close the upper door of the refrigerator, take out the positioning strip on the upper door of the

refrigerator and place it in the positioning hole of the upper door fixing plate, and attach it to the upper

end surface of the cabinet. Adjust the fixing plate assembly to make it centered, and measure the

distance (W) between the center of the middle fixing hole and the side edge of the cabinet. Keep the

posi

tion of the positioning clip unchanged; loosen the flange nuts of the fixing plate assembly, and

remove the fixing plate assembly and positioning strip;

b. Turn over the upper door of cabinet; let the positioning strip cling to the upper end of the wooden

door, and the fixing plate assembly cling to the door panel. Adjust the fixing plate assembly so that the

distance between its center line and the side edge of the wooden door is W, and l

ock it with screws.

Remove the positioning strip after installation;

c. Place the assembled door on the stud of refrigerator door, then close the door to check the

attachment between wooden door and cabinet, and fasten it with flange nuts after confirming the

closing effect. Then install the door bottom support, and lock the refrigerator door and upper door of

cab

inet with cross recessed countersunk head thread forming screws and cross recessed pan head

self-tapping screws. Refer to Adjustment method of cabinet doors for the adjustment of cabinet doors.
