14.2 Save in User Box
The Save in User Box function stores print job in the hard disk in the machine.
The Save in User Box function can be specified using the printer driver when printing.
14.2.1 Creating a Personal Folder
The following explains how to create a user box using PageScope Web Connection.
1 Enter the IP address of the image controller using a browser.
The front page of PageScope Web Connection will be displayed.
2 Select [Box] tab.
3 Click [New Creation].
% When user authentication is activated, [New Creation] does not appear.
For details of the user authentication, please contact your administrator.
4 After entering a folder name, configure a password as necessary.
5 Click [OK].
6 Click [OK].
