14.2 Save in User Box

7 When [Auto] is selected, a dialog to specify the number of printed sets will be displayed. Enter the de-

sired number with the control panel keypad, and then press [OK].

% By pressing [Change Output Sheet], you can choose either all pages or specified pages to print.

To print all pages, press [All Sheets].

To print specified pages, press [Sheet Specify] and then specify the desired page numbers.

The machine starts printing the selected data.

8 A dialog appears to ask you if you wish to continue the printing operation. Press [Yes] to continue, or

press [No] to end.

% When you press [Yes], repeat the procedure from step 5.

[Proof] When printing multiple sets, stops after a single set delivery and then

displays the Mode Check Screen to check or change the print set-

tings.

If it is unnecessary to change the print settings, press [Start] to re-

start printing.

[Wait] Stops after recalling the data, and then displays the screen to check

the print settings.

Settings can be changed.

[Auto] Starts printing automatically without pressing [Start].

[Suspended] Moves the job to the Suspend list on the Job List Screen.
