NOTE
Most of time, you need to get the IP from AP by using “dhcpcd wlan0” command after connecting
to AP
Enabling wpa_cli to interact with wpa_supplicant
wpa_cli is a text-based frontend program for interacting with wpa_supplicant. It is used to query current
status, change configuration, trigger events, and request interactive user input.
NOTE
wpa_supplicant must be executed before using wpa_cli command. Click on the following
links for more information on wpa_cli.
