RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
Before using your appliance for the first time, wash all accessories in soapy water. Rinse and
dry them carefully.
The screen and the blade should be lightly greased. Coat them with oil.
Do not operate your appliance while it is empty if the screens have not been greased.
Never push down into the tubes using your fingers or any utensil.
Do not operate your appliance for more than 14 min.
USE: MINCER HEAD (see fig. 1 to 6)
Prepare the entire quantity of food to be minced, remove any bones, gristle and tendons. Cut
the meat into cubes (approximately 2cm X 2cm).
Never push down into the tube using your fingers or any utensil.
Tip: At the end of the operation, you can feed some pieces of bread through to remove all
the mince.
SAUSAGE ACCESSORY (depending on model - see fig. 7 to 12)
Important: this accessory can only be used after the meat has been minced, seasoned and
the preparation has been well mixed.
After leaving the skin to soak in warm water to regain its elasticity, slide it onto the funnel
and let it overhang by around 5 cm (which you will seal by tying a knot with a link). Start
your appliance and feed the mince through the mincer, following the skin as it fills.
