＃07: Timed Reminder(MM.DD.HH.MM，8 digits)

Hint

Please dial “＃07” to set alarm according to

Month (01~12) two digit.

Day (01~31) two digit.

Hour (00~23) two digit.

Minute (00~59) two digits.

You can receive an alarm at your telephone to remind you of a meeting, appointment or as a

wakeup call. When you go off–hook to answer; you will hear the time announced by system or

your prerecorded message. The alarm will keep ringing in 30 second. If you don’t answer

during this time, the IPX system will save the prerecorded message in the voicemail and

enable the light of the phone at the same time.

＃11: Automatic Callback Busy(only for extension)

Hint

You can dial “#11” to set the other extension to receive callback ringing when the extension

becomes idle.

Your extension will starts ringing automatically when the extension you set answer the

callback ringing.

Hint

You can check the extension number by dialing “#19”, and the system will display the

“physical number of the extension”, “group number”, “extension number” in turn. It’s very

convenient to set up IPX machine at the beginning by using this function.
