Arbeiten im Automatikbetrieb
Ertönt ein gleichmässiger Signalton,
werden Sie auf Funktionen des Auto-
maten hingewiesen. Diese werden am
Display (9) angezeigt.
Setzen Sie sich auf den Fahrersitz. Im Fahrer-
sitz ist ein Sicherheitsschalter eingebaut. Ste-
hen Sie auf oder sitzen Sie nicht richtig auf dem
Fahrersitz, fährt der Automat nicht. Schalten Sie
den Automat durch Rechtsdrehen des Schlüs-
sels am Schlüsselschalter (6) ein. Das Gaspe-
dal noch nicht betätigen. Warten Sie bis im Dis-
play (9) „Batterie --%“ erscheint. Feststellbrem-
se (44) lösen. Die Warnleuchte (2) blinkt.
Der Automat ist bereit. Drücken Sie jetzt die
Automatiktaste (10). Bei Automatikbetrieb ist
der Bürstdruck und die Wassermenge (30%)
voreingestellt. Betätigen Sie das Gaspedal (16).
Die Maschine fährt, nachdem die Bürste den
Boden erreicht hat. Die Gerätedüse (22) senkt
sich ab, die Bürsten (19), das Wasser und der
Saugmotor laufen. Die Funktion des Lenkrades
ist gleich eines Lenkrades am Auto.
Die Wassermenge kann über die Taste (11) +
erhöht, oder - verringert werden. Das Display
(9) zeigt die Wassermenge in % an. Ist 0 %
erreicht schaltet die Pumpe aus.
Der Bürstdruck kann über die Taste (12) ver-
stellt werden.
Die Bürsten können über die Taste (13) ausge-
schaltet und eingeschaltet werden.
Haben Sie die Bremse bei Start noch nicht ge-
löst, ertönt ein Signalton. Das Display (9) zeigt
„Bremse lösen“.
Ist der Tank mit Schmutzwasser voll, erscheint
im Display (9) ,,Schmutzwasser voll“ und die
Bürste geht automatisch hoch. Nach 10 Sekun-
den geht auch die Gerätedüse automatisch
hoch. In dieser Zeit kann noch das Restwasser
aufgesaugt und gefahren werden.
Erscheint im Display ,,Batterie leer“, fahren die
Bürsten automatisch hoch und es kann nur
noch das Restwasser aufgesaugt und gefah-
ren werden.
Erscheint im Display (9) „Überlast“, haben sich
Folien oder grosse Schmutzteile in den Bürsten
verfangen. Feststellbremse (44) arretieren.
Automat ausschalten. Bürsten und Saugdüse
prüfen. Fehler beheben.
Fahren Sie gegen ein seitliches Hindernis, er-
tönt ein Signalton, im Display (9) erscheint
„Wand rückwärts“. Stellen Sie den Kippschal-
ter (5) auf Rückwärts. Fahren Sie rückwärts vom
Hindernis weg.
Ausschalten im Automatikbetrieb.
Taste A (10) drücken. Die Bürsten schalten ab,
das Saugaggregat läuft ca. 10 Sekunden zum
Aufsaugen des Restwassers nach, dann fährt
die Gerätedüse (22) hoch, der Saugmotor
schaltet ab.

Working in Automatic Operation
If a constant alert tone sounds you are
adverted to functions of the automate.
These are indicated on the display (9).
Sit down on driver’s seat. A safety switch is
built in the driver’s seat. If you stand up or you
don’t sit correctly on the driver’s seat the
automate will not move. Switch on the automate
by turning right the key at the key switch (6).
Don‘t yet actuate the accelerator. Wait till „Bat-
terie —%“ (battery —%) will appear in the
display (9). Release parking brake (44). The
warning lamp (2) will flash. The automate is
ready. Now press automatic key (10).
At automatic operation brush pressure and
water quantity (30%) are pre-set. Hit the
accelerator (16). The machine will move after
the brush has reached the floor. The squeegee
(22) will lower, brushes (19), water, and suction
motor will run. The function of the steering
wheel is the same as that of a steering wheel in
a car.
The water quantity can be incremented by key
(11) + or decremented by - . The display (9)
indicates the water quantity in %. When 0 % is
reached the pump will switch off.
The brush pressure can be adjusted by key (12).
The brushes can be switched off and on by key
(13).
If you not yet have released the brake at start,
an alert tone sounds. The display (9) shows
„release brake“.
If the tank is full with waste water, in the display
(9) „service water full“ appears and the brush
automatically goes up. After 10 seconds the
squeegee will go up automatically too. In this
time the residual water can still be sucked up
and the machine can be driven.
If in the display „battery empty“ appears, the
brushes automatically go up and the residual
water can be sucked up and the machine can
be driven only.
If in the display (9) „overload“ appears, films
or big parts of soil have entangled in the
brushes. Lock parking brake
(44). Switch off automate. Check brushes and
aspiration nozzle. Fix bugs.
If you drive against a lateral obstacle, a alert
tone sounds, in the display (9) „wall backward“
appears. Set the toggle switch (5) to backward.
Drive backward off the obstacle.
Switch off in automatic operation.
Press key A (10). The brushes will switch off,
the suction assembly will continue running for
about 10 seconds to absorb the residual water,
then the squeegee (22) will go up and the
suction motor will turn off.
