Arbeiten mit dem Automaten im manuellen
Betrieb (Bild 10)
Ertönt ein gleichmässiger Signalton,
werden Sie auf Funktionen des Auto-
maten hingewiesen. Diese werden am
Display (9) angezeigt.
Setzen Sie sich auf den Fahrersitz. Schalten Sie
den Automat durch Rechtsdrehen des Schlüs-
sels am Schlüsselschalter (6) ein. Das Gaspe-
dal noch nicht betätigen. Warten Sie bis im Dis-
play (9) „Batterie --%“ erscheint. Feststellbrem-
se (44) lösen. Die Warnleuchte (2) blinkt. Der
Automat ist bereit. Sie können jetzt den ge-
wünschten Arbeitsgang durch Drücken der Ta-
sten (13, 14) wählen. Die gewählte Ta-
ste leuchtet. Betätigen Sie das Gaspe-
dal (16). Die Maschine fährt, nachdem
die Bürste den Boden erreicht hat. Die
Gerätedüse (22) senkt sich ab, die Bür-
sten (19), das Wasser und der Saug-
motor laufen.
Ausschalten im manuellen Betrieb.
Schalten Sie die Funktionen durch Drücken der
Tasten aus. Warten Sie bis die Bürsten und die
Saugdüse ihre Ausgangsstellung erreicht ha-
ben. Schalten Sie den Automat mit dem
Schlüsselschalter (6) aus. Arretieren Sie die
Feststellbremse (44).
Achtung! Bedienfehler
Schalten Sie den Automat mit dem Schlüssel-
schalter (6) aus bevor die Bürsten und die
Gerätedüse ihre Ausgangsstellung erreicht ha-
ben, erscheint, bei erneutem Einschalten des
Automaten, im Display (9) ,,Saugdüse“. In die-
sem Fall Taste Automatik (10) drücken. Er-
scheint im Display (9) ,,Bürstkopf“, ebenfalls
Taste Automatik (10) drücken. Damit werden
Bürsten und Gerätedüse in ihre Grundstellung
gebracht. Jetzt können Sie im Automatik- oder
im manuellen Betrieb weiterarbeiten.
5.3 Rückwärtsfahren
Kippschalter (5) auf Rückwärtsfahrt stellen. Der
Automat fährt rückwärts. Die Warnlampe (2)
blinkt doppelt so schnell, der Signalton Hupe
ertönt intervallmässig. Die max. Rückfahrge-
schwindigkeit kann über den Fahrgeschwin-
digkeitsregler (4) eingestellt werden. Wird die
Rückfahrtaste während des Arbeitens mit der
Maschine betätigt, arbeiten die Bürsten wie bei
der Vorwärtsfahrt, die Saugdüse wird für die
Dauer des Rückfahrvorgangs automatisch an-
gehoben und danach wieder abgesenkt.
5.4 Transport des Automaten durch
schmale Türen (Bild 11)
Die Gerätedüse (30) läßt sich ohne Werkzeug
abnehmen. Saugschlauch (41) aus der Geräte-
düse (30) ziehen. Beide Schnellspannhebel (38)
anheben und in bequeme Öffnungsstellung
schwenken, dort absenken und durch Links-
drehung die Befestigung lösen. Gerätedüse ent-
fernen.

Operation (Fig. 10)
If a constant alert tone sounds you are
adverted to functions of the automate.
These are indicated on the display (9).
Sit down on driver’s seat. Switch on the
automate by turning right the key at the key
switch (6). Don’t yet actuate the accelerator.
Wait till „battery —%“ will appear in the display
(9). Release parking brake (44). The warning
lamp (2) will flash. The automate is ready. Now
you can select the desired operation by pressing
the keys (13, 14). The selected key will
light. Hit the accelerator (16). The
machine will move after the brush has
reached the floor. The squeegee (22) will
lower, brushes (19), water, and suction
motor will run.
Switching off in Manual Operation.
Switch off the functions by pressing the keys.
Wait till the brushes and the aspiration nozzle
have reached their home positions. Switch off
the automate by the key switch (6). Lock the
parking brake (44).
Attention! Operating Error
If you switch off the automate by the key switch
(6) before brushes and squeegee have reached
their home positions, on repeated switching the
automate on in the display (9) „aspiration
nozzle“ will appear. In this case press key
automatic (10). If in the display (9) „brushing
head“ appears, also press key automatic (10).
By this brushes and squeegee are brought into
their initial positions. Now you can continue to
work in automatic or manual operation.
5.3 Driving Reverse
Set toggle switch (5) to driving reverse. The
automate will move backward. The warning
light (2) will flash twice as fast, the alert tone
of the horn will sound in intervals. The max.
reverse speed can be adjusted by the driving-
speed regulator (4). If the reverse-driving key
is actuated during working with the machine,
the brushes work like when driving forward,
the aspiration nozzle is raised automatically for
the duration of the driving-reverse process and
after this lowered again.
5.4 Transport of the automatic scrubber
through a narrow doorway (fig. 11).
The squeegee (30) can be removed without
using a tool. Pull out the suction hose (41)
from the squeegee (30). Raise both quick
clamping levers (38) and put them in a
comfortable open position, then lower it and
release the lock by turning the lever to the left.
Remove squeegee.
