FRONT WIPER AND WASHER SYSTEM

4. Remove screws (A) and nut (B).
– : Vehicle front
5. Remove washer tube (2), and remove washer tank (1) from
vehicle.
INSTALLATION
Note the following, and installation is the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
After installation, add water up to the upper level of washer tank inlet, and check for water leaks.
Removal and Installation of Front Washer Motor

REMOVAL
1. Remove fender protector (front) RH. Refer to EI-14, "FENDER PROTECTOR" .
2. Disconnect washer motor (1) connector and remove washer
tube.
3. Pull out front washer motor in direction shown by the arrow ( )
in the figure. Remove front washer motor from washer tank.
INSTALLATION
Note the following, and installation is the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
When installing washer motor, there should be no packing twists, etc.
Removal and Installation of Light and Rain Sensor

REMOVAL
1. Remove inside mirror. Refer to GW-104, "INSIDE MIRROR" .
2. Remove clip and pawl.
3. Pull out the light and rain sensor.
4. Remove light and rain sensor harness connector.
CAUTION:
Do not touch the electronic circuit board on rain sensor.
INSTALLATION OF RAIN SENSOR
Install in the reverse order of removal.
