2. French
(3:50 and 3:40) Its specialty is longer kneading and cooking time. It has a lighter color compared to white bread. Has a
softer texture. Cooking time is 3 hours and 40 minutes for 700 g loaf. Cooking time is 3 hours and 50 minutes for 900 g
loaf.
3. Whole Wheat
(3:40 and 3:32) This program is used to cook breads which contain specific amount of wheat skin. This program employs
a longer rising period to soak wheat skin with water and expand it. Timing adjustments are not recommended using
timer buttons in this program since the results will be unfavorable. Cooking time is 3 hours and 32 minutes for 700 g
loaf and 3 hours and 40 minutes for 900 g loaf.
4. Quick
(Quick Bread (1:40) Used for cooking white bread in a short time. This program is used to cook denser and smaller bread.
5. Sweet
(2:55 and 2:50) Used for cooking bread that is crispier and sweeter compared to the ones cooked with normal settings.
Caramelized sugar gives a crispy crust to the bread. Cooking time is 2 hours and 50 minutes for 700 g loaf and 2 hours
and 55 minutes for 900 g loaf.
6. Ultra Fast -I
Kneading, rising and baking processes for a 700 g loaf are completed in a short time. Cooked bread does not rise too
much, becomes soft and white.
7. Ultra Fast -II
Kneading, rising and baking processes for a 900 g loaf are completed in a short time. Cooked bread does not rise too
much, becomes soft and white.
8. Dough (1:30)
This setting option is only used for kneading dough and not used for cooking bread. The dough is removed from the pan
and shaped into sandwiches, pizza etc. All types of dough can be obtained using this program. Quantity of ingredients
shall not exceed 900 grams.
9. Jam (1:20)
This program is used to prepare jam using fruit. Do not exceed the maximum amount of ingredients and avoid the jam
to boil in the bread pan and to leak in the housing of the device due to overflowing. Stop the device in such case. Lift the
pan carefully and clean it when it cools down to a certain extent.
10.Cake (2:50)
This setting mixes the ingredients and cooks them for a certain while. Before adding the ingredients to the appliance
two different groups of ingredients shall be mixed in different containers (refer to your recipe).
11. Sandwich (3:00 and 2:55)
It cooks softer loafs with a lighter texture having the taste of sandwich bread. Cooking time is 2 hours and 55 minutes
for 799 g loaf and 3 hours for 900 g loaf.
12. Bake (1:00)
This setting is only intended for cooking process and used to increase the cooking time on the selected setting. This
function is very useful to increase consistency of jams and marmalades. Set time is 1 hour (1:00) when the operation
commences and it counts down in 1 minute intervals.
Upon completion of baking (additional cooking) process you shall turn off this function by pressing “stop” button. It is
recommended to check the cooked bread or jam after the first 10 minutes and following 10 minute intervals. Cooking
time can be increased in 10 minute intervals by pressing timer setting button. In the case that the baking program is
selected right after completion of another program and “H:HH” is displayed on the screen; open the lid and remove the
pan and let it cool down for 10 minutes. Upon cooling, place the cooking pan and the content in the pan, set the program
and press “start” button.
