The X:SIDER product family has been de-
veloped to offer an efficient and reliable so-
lution to a number of professional setups
and applications for medium to big dimen-
sioned events. The system is made of a
powerful 2x18” sub and a robust though
lightweight satellite speaker 15”, that can
be horizontally stacked with more satellites
to form an horizontal array. Both have dedi-
cated digital amplifiers, processed by a pro-
prietary DSP, and that can be stacked in a
rack. X:SIDER was developed with the spe-
cific goal of creating a horizontal array or a
supported array where the coverage is ex-
actly defined by the number of satellite
speakers in use. Thanks to the X:SIDER sys-
tems modularity, it is possible to set up the
configuration that suits best the situation, and realize the necessary horizontal coverage
joining together more satellites and optimizing the low-frequencies response using sev-
eral sub speakers.
The amplifiers have a built-in remote control interface which allows to control the entire
system and correct the acoustic parameters, thanks to the powerful D:SP PC editor soft-
ware.
In addition to all this, the VERSE team developed all the necessary hardware parts to
suspend the satellites and an exclusive ultrafast hooking system. The subwoofer speaker
is equipped with a handy removable trolley for an easy transport.
DIGITAL AMPLIFIERS
The new digital technology totally
changed the way a professional audio am-
plifier is developed. No other way make
possible to give great power and long
term reliability.
Remarkable heat reduction and outstand-
ing weight decrease make digital ampli-
fier, that equip VERSE X:SIDER, efficient,
powerful and less heating. The output
stages of the amplifiers typically run at
95% efficiency, dissipating only 5% of the
input energy as heat.
To grant reliability and durability, VERSE amplifiers are provided with short-circuit protec-
tion, thermal protection with fan-speed control, protection circuit to cancel direct current
component, protection from ultrasonic components in input and output. The I.T.P (Intelli-
gent Thermal Protect) is warranty of perfect-working and long-lasting speakers.
TOP QUALITY COMPONENTS
Together with high performance amplifiers, VERSE decided to put speakers conceived
specifically to do their best with a so remarkable reserve of power.
The woofer are made with neodymium magnets that allows the highest force factor and
excursion capability, and with ventilated voice coil gap for reduced power compression.
