ENGINE ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT ENG 8 Install Crankcase cover T left Bolts crankcase cover 10 Nm 1 0 m kg 7 2 ft lb NOTE _____________________________ Tighten the bolts crankcase cover in a cri pattern CYLINDER HEAD CYLINDER AND PISTO 1 Apply Engine oil onto piston rings and piston pins 2 Install Piston rings NOTE _____________________________ Be sure to install rings so that Manufa marks or numbers are located on the top the rings 3 Install Pistons ij Piston pins 2 Circlips 3 NOTE _____________________________ The arrow 4 on the piston must point front of the engine Make sure that the marked numbers 5 piston should be in sequence beginning f left Before installing the circlip cover the cra with a clean towel or rag so you will not a tally drop the pin clip and material in crankcase
