COOLANT REPLACEMENT INSP ADJ 4 Remove Drain bolt T water pump Drain bolt 2 cylinder Gasket drain bolt Radiator cap 3 Drain the radiator and engine of its cool WARNING Do not remove the radiator cap when th gine and radiator are hot Scalding ho and steam may be blown out under pre which could cause serious injury Whe engine has cooled open the radiator c the following procedure Place a thick rag like a towel over the ator cap slowly rotate the cap counter wise to the detent This procedure any residual pressure to escape Whe hissing sound has stopped press dow the cap while turning counterclockwis remove it 5 Inspect Gasket drain bolt Damage Replace 6 Install Gasket drain bolt Drain bolt cylinder Drain bolt water pump Drain bolt cylinder water pump 10 Nm 1 0 m kg 7 2 ft lb NOTE ______________________________ Install the gasket as shown 7 Fill Radiator Engine To specified level T Recommended coolant High quality ethylene glycol anti freeze containing anti corrosion for aluminum engin inhibitors 3 31
