AIR BLEEDING INS AD AIR BLEEDING HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM WARNING Bleed the brake system if The system has been disassem A brake hose has been loosene removed The brake fluid is very low The brake operation is faulty A loss of braking performance m the brake system is not properly 1 Bleed Brake fluid Air bleeding steps a Add proper brake fluid to the r b Install the diaphragm Be care any fluid or allow the reservoi c Connect the clear plastic tube to the caliper bleed screw d Place the other end of the tub tainer e Slowly apply the brake lever o al times f Pull the lever in or push down dal Hold the lever or pedal in g Loosen the bleed screw and a or pedal to travel towards its l h Tighten the bleed screw when pedal limit has been reached the lever or pedal Bleed screw 5 Nm 0 5 m kg 3 6 ft i Repeat steps e to h until the have been removed from the NOTE _____________________ If bleeding is difficult it may be ne let the brake fluid system stabilize hours Repeat the bleeding proced tiny bubbles in the system have di j Add brake fluid to proper level WARNING Check the operation of the brak bleeding the brake system
