ENGINE ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT ENG 12 Install Chain guide T exhaust 13 Install Cam sprockets T Installing steps Turn the crankshaft countercloc the TDC mark 2 is aligned with ary pointer 3 Fit the timing chain onto both ca ets and install the cam sprockets o shafts NOTE ________________________ When installing the cam sprockets the exhaust camshaft to keep the t as tense as possible on the exhaus set the respective match marks parallel with the case surface on responding sides I Intake side E Exhaust side CAUTION Do not turn the crankshaft d camshafts installation Damage proper valve timing will result Turn both camshafts opposite to until the punch mark 5 on the c aligned with the embossed mark camshaft cap While holding the camshafts tempo en the bolts 4 77
