FRONT AND REAR BRAKE C AIR BLEEDING WARNING Bleed the brake system if The system has been disassemb A brake hose has been removed The brake fluid is very low The brake operation is faulty A dangerous loss of braking may occur if the brake system bled 1 Bleed Brake fluid Air bleeding steps a Add proper brake fluid to the r b Install the diaphragm Be car any fluid or allow the reservoi c Connect the clear plastic t to the caliper bleed screw Front IB Rear d Place the other end of the tu tainer e Slowly apply the brake lever al times f Pull the lever in or push do dal Hold the lever or pedal in g Loosen the bleed screw and or pedal to travel towards its l h Tighten the bleed screw wh pedal limit has been reache the lever or pedal Bleed screw 5 Nm 0 5 m kg 3 6 f i Repeat steps e to h until bles have been removed from NOTE If bleeding is difficult it may b let the brake fluid system stab hours Repeat the bleeding proc tiny bubbles in the system have d j Add brake fluid to the lev reservoir
